Growth plan subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. You can run up to 3 full engagement scans during the trial period. No credit card required to start. Starter plan also includes a 7-day trial.
We offer annual billing at a flat rate, which suits firms with seasonal workloads better than monthly plans. Firms with a January–April audit peak typically save compared to scaling a monthly subscription. Contact us to discuss a custom annual structure if your volume is unusually concentrated.
AuditPulsar processes client ledger data in an isolated compute environment. No financial data persists beyond the scan session. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified. We execute a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with all Growth and Enterprise subscribers. Enterprise clients can request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or a custom data processing rider. We do not use client data to train or improve our models.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time; the difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal. Enterprise contracts are annual with fixed terms, but we can accommodate mid-term upgrades if your engagement volume grows beyond the agreed parameters.
Growth includes certified connectors for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, and Xero. CSV and Excel import is available on all plans. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sage Intacct connectors are included in Enterprise. Custom connectors for other ERPs are scoped on an individual basis.
AuditPulsar generates workpapers that document the procedures performed, the population tested, the sampling methodology, and each finding with supporting evidence. This format aligns with documentation requirements under AS 1215 (PCAOB) and AU-C Section 230 (AICPA). Your engagement team reviews and signs off on the workpapers — AuditPulsar does not opine on the audit conclusion.
